1. CONTACT TIME AND ORDER PROCESSING
Before delivery, the courier will call you in advance to confirm the address, full name of the recipient and delivery time accurately.
In some promotions, the delivery to you may be slower because of many orders. We look forward to your sympathy. Depending on the business situation, the supermarket will handle your special requirements.
Specify the online order processing time:
Orders from 8:30 to 17:00, we will contact immediately in the day.
Orders after 17:00, we will contact in the next morning.
Orders after 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday, we will contact in next Monday morning.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery in day or in 1-2 days for customers located in the urban (Dis. 1, 5, 11, 10, Tan Binh, Tan Phu Dis.).
Delivery in 3-5 days for customers located in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City.
We arrange the vehicles of delivery to customers.
(*) Note: If customers purchase less than 100,000 VND, we will not deliver the goods.
(*) Particularly big orders, we will deliver no matter where.
3. TRANSPORTATION FEE APPLIED THE INNER CITY
- Area 1 (Tan Phu, Tan Binh DIS.): 15,000VND/order.
- Area 2 (Binh Tan, District 6, District 11, District 10): 20,000 VND / order
- Area 3 (Go Vap, Binh Thanh, District 4, District 3, District 7): VND 30,000 / order
